To celebrate World Book Day we have the opening of our new school library area!
The library is a space within school that serves as a hub for our children to explore their curiosity through books and nurture their love for reading. The children have access to a diverse collection of fiction and non-fiction books tailored to their age group. The library encourages independent learning by allowing children to browse and select books based on their interests, whilst offering a quiet and comfortable environment to read and learn, thanks to a generious doncation from the Foyle Foundation for the donation of new books!
A huge Thank You also to Sienna and Kayla from Y6, along with our wonderful Miss Knowles, for preparing all our new books for everyone to enjoy!
Pictures of the new area, along with the children on World Book Day, can be found in the gallery section of the app shortly!
