After School Clubs & Consent
After School Clubs begin week commencing Monday 19th January, except for FRIDAYS SPORTS Y1 AND Y2 which begins this Friday 16th January.
The clubs available are:
MONDAYS - Sports Y5 and Y6
Multiplication Y2, Y3 and Y4
TUESDAYS - Recorders Y4 - Please note this club finishes at 3:50pm
FRIDAYS - Sports Y1 and Y2
The clubs are open to different year groups throughout the year.. If a particular club is not available to your child's class this term, it may be open to them at a later date.
Please complete the below form to give consent for your child to join one of the clubs.
